Another breakfast party at the Jeffrey house. Gramma made Grandpa and me Mickey Mouse breakfast sandwiches and Mommy let me watch one more morning Mickey Mouse cartoon. I get by with a little more when the grandparents are here because they like Mickey Mouse too. The rest of the family needs to watch the new "Mickey Mouse Show" before we go to Disneyland so they will know what's going on. The changes left Granmma and Grandpa in a cloud of dust. The songs are new, the story line is educational and the quality is stunning, or at least that's what Gramma said. Now she is following along as Daddy and Mickey sing: "Hot dog, hot dog, hot diggidy dog."
I am a darling 3 year old who enjoys the thrill of exploring; moreover, the world is my playground. My Canadian Mommy and American Daddy think I'm the cutest thing since sliced bread (whatever the heck that means); in addition, my extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins like hanging out with me, and my grandparents on both sides circle the wagons with every hug, kiss and snuggle. Read along as I navigate life's swirling waters and laugh with me as I keep the adults on the edge of their seats. Now that I have a baby brother two years younger than me, I've had to assert myself as the oldest child, so you'll be interested in how I've made the leap. Most of all, enjoy my adventures as I take baby steps into the adult world of paradoxes, ironies and puzzles. Maybe we can figure a few things out together.
