Day one with the grandparents was pretty laid back. Mom said that we needed to take it easy after being sick for two weeks. Gramma Rosie said that Grandpa was our "go to guy" for taking it easy. I don't know what she meant, but it felt good to snuggle in Grandpa's lap and watch Mickey Mouse Club House. In the afternoon, while Baby Drew had his nap, Gramma and I made sock puppets so we can get ready for our puppet show. Gramma Rosie showed me how to thread the yarn needle and make the hair for the puppets. I threaded the needle all by myself because I'm a big girl now. Then I panted their faces and dressed them up a little. Gramma Rosie said I am the only artist our family has ever produced.
